[DAY 1] Diet Challenge

Day one is finally over.

I’m not gonna lie, it was quite hard… but I succeeded! ;~;

Get ready for some horrible and terrible quality food porn xDD

Breakfast

I am supposed to eat 1 portion of fruit and 1 portion of whole wheat cereal or bread, but I decided to cut on the bread-y stuff and replace it with another fruit. After all, both are complex carbs xD but err one banana and one mango, both of them equal 2 portions or fruit individually, which means I ate 2 fruits today because I only ate half a mango and half a banana. Hmm I guess it was still healthy?

Lunch (or idek how to call it, americans have weird names for their meals)

One small-sized bowl of veggie soup with one chicken wing as my protein. I’m supposed to eat 60g of protein every day, but then I found out that a chicken wing contains only 6g of protein!! like wtf afdfgskjd so the rest of my protein food was 1/3 of beans. I couldn’t resist and I sprinkled a little bit of rice on it kdsjjs >< Oh and of course, my carb portion in this meal and also bcuz i’m asian was half a bowl/cup of rice ^^ Finally, for dessert I had a deformed apple. 

I don’t like to eat fruit after the main meal, because it ferments in your body and rots in your stomach, so I always eat it before my main course, but today I was way too hungry, so I couldn’t wait ><

Afternoon Snack 

I decided to have 3 portions of fruit this time. One whole banana and half a mango. I regret nothing tbh LOL  I’m supposed to eat only 1 fruit but meh~ this is healthy lol

Dinner/Supper

It looks like kimchi. I had a whole small bowl it kinda rhymes omg of salad.

I cheated a bit and added some skim cheese and homemade-mustard vinaigrette >< I actually ate 1 bowl that is actually like… half a bowl if you press down the iceberg lettuce, and less than a half… actually, like ¼ of bowl a bit later. I made the calculations and I literally ate 1 whole bowl of salad xD My nutritionist said that salad and veggies are free of guilt, so I don’t feel that bad.

I also had half a banana but I didn’t took a picture because it was ugly lol

So… here ends day 1 >< this is really all I ate, plus a mug of peppermint tea and a tiny ultra tiny piece of bread because my grandpa forced me LOL but it wasn’t even that big or anything, so I’m proud of myself ㅠㅠ Specially because I had so much cravings in the afternoon omfg I was thiss close of giving up ㅠㅠ but I made it and I’m alive! lol

I didn’t worked out today because I have relatives over eeew and also because i’m at my grandparents and… idk its depressing working out here lol

When I wake up early never I make five meals a day: three main meals and two snacks. It boosts your metabolism and helps you lose weight and burn fat a lot faster. Since I’m still in vacation, lately I’ve only been doing four ㅠㅠ but I’ll wake up earlier next week and I’ll go back to eating five times a day again.

I decided to have at least one vegan day a week. And every 2 weeks, one YOLO meal lol (a.k.a, a cheat meal) so yeah!! Wish me luck for tomorrow please!! skzdjhs
