Since S.E.S, which debuted practically 16 years ago, no SM girl group or girl soloist has been as successful. At least not until SNSD, but right now I am talking about real talent. Girls with true talent.
The saddest thing is that SM has sooo many talented girls that could practically break records and become true icons in the Asian music industry.
I am not a fan of girl groups i actually kinda hate them because I admit that it makes me angry seeing so many untalented people making it when there are a lot of hardworking and really talented girls that don’t even get recognition. At all.
Like you already know, I am an SM stan. A HUUGE one. And whenever someone says the words “raw talent” and “underrated” only one person comes to my mind:
Zhang Liyin.
I bet 99% of the people reading this will be like, “who the fuck is that?” Well let me tell you, Liyin is LITERALLY the MOST TALENTED female singer SM has. THE MOST TALENTED, I’M NOT LYING.
She’s also the most underrated. She hasn’t made a comeback in two years. Two freaking years.
It just makes me so sad that her talent got wasted. Yet, SM doesn’t let her go. I mean, that’s good for one part because SM is the best xD Lee Sooman oppa I love you~ ♥ but for other part she’s just rotting in there. I’m pretty sure she hasn’t got paid either because most likely she has no schedules since two years ago. That’s just so fucking sad because she’s the most talented singer.
I dare to say the most talented singer in Kpop…. if she was a part of Kpop that is because she is not even known dkjfhd fuck you SM just kidding I love you~♥
If you don’t know her, then I’ll leave you the link of my favourite song from her. She promoted it before rotting in SM’s dungeons. You won’t regret this, she is truly the best and most talented singer in SM.
Now moving on. Another group that sadly is rotting in SM’s dungeons is CSJH “The Grace” a.k.a, female DB5K.
Yes. They are THAT good.
Sadly, SM only promoted like 3 songs from them and then threw them to japan to rot. They haven’t made a comeback as four in like 3 years. The only “comeback” they had was in 2011 and there were only two members. Well, that’s better than nothing but still… CSJH as four was the best.
The One and ONLY girl group where all the members can sing, and acapella. With harmonies and all. Like I told you, they were supposed to be female DB5K but god knows what happened. I blame SM’s bad management. They deserve more attention and they deserve a comeback, their talent is beyond amazing and it makes me so sad that they are not remembered or known by people. Here is a video for you to know them, and you’ll truly see that I’m not lying when I say that they’re amazingly talented.
So I’ll end this post saying that SM should stick to boy groups. They can become a korean version of the japanese Johnny’s Ent. and they would be just as successful. You can see with your own eyes that even fx, their latest girl group isn’t even that famous. Yeah they’re pretty well known but their fanbase isn’t even that big and they barely promote. That’s a pity in my opinion. Also, their other female artists like J-Min and Iconiq are not even known lol I’m pretty sure this is the first time you hear about them, and that’s really sad.
So yeah, BOY GROUPS FTW!!!
